RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Dreamfield Linen, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 45-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We accept returns and exchanges within the 45-day period for a full refund of the product price (please note: original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, if applicable).
While we do not offer free returns, we’re happy to provide a discounted return shipping label upon request, or you may use the shipping carrier of your choice. If an item has been used or washed and has a manufacturing defect, it may qualify for a replacement only, not a refund.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@dreamfieldlinen.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Order number
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not send items without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@dreamfieldlinen.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
